30apr4:00 pm5:00 pmStress Table Talk: How your body holds on and how you can let go

Event Details

I often share that the body’s adrenal response to stress does not categorize it as positive or negative. It is made to be a quick jolt to get your body in action and then dissipate.

There are hormones that send messages to muscles deep in our body when we are under stress. This is helpful when needing to walk down the aisle or avoid a moving object, but it can become chronic when engaged over long periods of time……

Join me in welcoming, trusted colleague and friend, Molly Deutschbein as we discuss the psoas muscle and explore two activities you can do at home to reduce symptoms of stress and discomfort.

Grab a free ticket today and join our interactive exploration on Zoom for free. Details: you will need a free account with www.zoom.us in order to access the call. Once on the call your video and audio will be turned off for privacy. If you decide to turn on your video and/or audio you are giving us permission to record and livestream.

or if you are feeling a little shy you can watch us on Facebook for the live stream. The live stream will be simultaneous to the Zoom call and will not be monitored for comments or questions during the call.
